Personnel Officer - Wage and Salary / Recruiting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire personnel administration from the contract to the maintenance of digital personal files, until the creation of certificates and certificates. You ensure a punctual and correct payroll by preparing all relevant data and working closely with payroll accounting. You actively accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from the support in recruiting to a warm onboarding to the administrative handling of offboarding. As the first point of contact for our employees and executives, you can consult on all personal and labour law issues. You actively participate in the further development of our HR processes and take part in exciting HR projects independently.

You have completed a commercial training or study, ideally with a focus on human resources. You bring first professional experience in staff administration, in particular in the preparatory pay bill. When dealing with MS Office, you are safe and ideally have touch points with the right to work, tax and social security. Thanks to your careful, structured way of working and your organizational staff, you always keep an overview. You communicate fluently in German and bring good English skills.
