Consultant Project Management and Processes in Multi-Project Management (m/f/d)

To support our team in the Policy/Multi-Project Management department, we are looking for you as a consultant (w/m/d) project management and multi-project management processes at the next possible time.

Development and implementation of project management and integrative controlling processes as well as corresponding tools in the motorway network. Analysis and plausibility of consolidated project portfolio data and participation in reporting and key figures systems. Creation of financing requirements, construction and multiannual programmes incl. Deviation and resource analyses. Control of interfaces, tunings and KPI-based multi-project management and ensuring knowledge transfer. Further development of reporting and risk management including monitoring of methodological requirements. Technical support for the branches and the motorway network, advice on data analysis and cooperation in relevant specialist bodies.

Completioned university studies (Master) in civil engineering, economic engineering or transport engineering or comparable qualification, expertise and experience. Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in a comparable organizational or corporate structure. Experience as project manager (w/m/d) and in project management as well as in the creation of construction and financing programs. Safe handling of IT-based project control tools and ERP systems, ideally experiences with MaViS, RIB iTWO and SAP modules (BW/SAC, S/4HANA FI/CO/PS). Knowledge in common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
