You shall examine employment and social contracts for their compatibility with the right of admission within the scope of the applications submitted to the Approval Committee You supervise and accompany legally the meetings of the Committee of Approvals You advise dentists on legal issues You examine and evaluate legal issues within the department of admission, for example on dentist registers, training obligation and emergency readiness You edit and evaluate legal contradictions and support employees in the legally secure creation of communications You research and arrange relevant legal requirements and current legal developments and provide perspective support for the management tasks of the department
You have a degree with a legal focus, for example in law, administrative or economic law You ideally have knowledge in general management or Social legislation You have a secure understanding of complex facts and the ability to prepare them in a comprehensible and addressable manner You possess a very good written and oral expressiveness, communication behaviour and a binding occurrence You work carefully, structured and conscientiously – even with increased work volume or under time pressure You are happy to cooperate in the team and are ready to introduce the working time in the afternoon as needed
