Student trainee recruiting & employer branding for our OBI stores (all genders)

Candidate selection (pre-screening): You independently check out the incoming CVs and applications for our markets and efficiently meet a first selection for local executives. In the background, you’ll find a fast process and an excellent Candidate Experience Publication of job advertisements: You manage our existing job advertisements and are responsible for their targeted publication and updating on relevant channels and platforms Content creation (Online & Offline): You are our creative head for diverse employer branding measures! You not only develop image and video material for digital corporate profiles and social media ads, but also design analog materials such as flyers and design the visual appearance for our booths Cooperation: Close cooperation with the People team and other departments (such as market leaders) to strengthen our employer brand

Studies: ongoing studies in the field of marketing, communication, human resources management, media design or a comparable subject Creativity & Design Security: High motivation to approach your own ideas proactively and to implement unconventional solutions independently. You are safe in handling popular graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and ideally have a feel for digital formats (ads) as well as print media (flyer, exhibition equipment) Working style: Embossed organizational talent paired with an independent and highly team-oriented way of working – which helps you enormously in structured CV screening and ad management Enthusiasm: Great passion for HR and employer branding topics as well as genuine interest in people and in the exciting environment of our markets Experience: Ideally first practical insights in the group environment or in the field of personal marketing and recruiting as well as in content creation Language knowledge: German language skills (minimum C1) and very good English skills (B2) in word and writing
