• As a consultant for commercial law assessment (m/w/d), you analyze valuation methods for financial instruments and hedge relationships according to HGB and IFRS, optimize them and take over the associated reporting.
• You are responsible for the balance sheet mapping of security relationships according to national and international accounting regulations, compile analyses and answer senior management ad hoc requests.
• You agree with Group Treasury, the trading units and other organizational units, work on the further development of our reporting systems and interfaces, as well as support cross-departmental projects.
• They communicate with the external auditor and prepare relevant documents.

This will bring you

• Successful study of economics, business management or a comparable discipline
• Professional practice in the accounting of a financial or insurance undertaking or in a similar function of a consultancy company, ideally focusing on financial instruments, securities and hedge accounting
• Acknowledgment of national and international accounting rules focusing on accounting for derivatives and securities
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, also of advantage: routine in systems for mapping financial instruments, such as Murex or SAP BW, and the associated processes
• Another plus: Understanding the risk management of a bank with a focus on treasury and trading and its impact on accounting
• Very good German in word and writing
