Post Post Postbank Telekom (BeW) is a foundation of private law and is recognized as non-profit and mild. The BeW supports the needy orphans, semi- orphans and other children of employees of the authorities and companies from the former German Federal Post. Student assistance and senior work are also part of the tasks of the BeW. The non-profit BeW Foundation is maintained by the Federal Agency for Postal and Telecommunications (BAnst PT). The BAnst PT is an institution of public law in the expanded business area of the Federal Ministry of Finance, based in Bonn. The BAnst PT is a service provider and employer for employees of the BeW. Management and control of the competence team Emergency and orphan assistance at different locations in the federal territory Budget planning Win, lead and coordinate volunteers

Controlling and monitoring Emergency and orphan assistance Create and analyze regular and specific evaluations for internal and external recipients Application processingConsultation of (potential) applicants Processing and calculation of applications Create and send notifications Indications of financial support Testing Documentation

completed studies of economic/administrative sciences or comparable discipline (Bachelor/FH-Diplom) or career skills of the upscale non-technical administrative service Alternatively, a comparable DQR level 6 degree with administrative reference good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience in nonprofit organizations desirable Knowledge of the right to use, the rules of taxation and administrative procedures Knowledge in the Federal Equalisation Act and in the field of the Law on Disabled Persons *or the willingness to acquire this knowledge. The BAnst PT supports you in participating in appropriate training measures.
