For our customers from the plastics processing industry, we are now looking for a qualified machine operator (m/w/d) with completed training for the Lüdenscheid site. A modern production plant awaits you, an attractive hourly wage of up to €18.00 and long-term development opportunities in a stable company in the plastics industry.

Your job as a machine operator (m/w/d):

• Operation and monitoring of plastic machines and automated production plants
• Roughening, setup and start-up of machines in the ongoing production process
• Documentation of special events and implementation of shift transfers
• Support for maintenance, maintenance and optimization measures at the plants
• Implementation and logging of production-accompanying quality controls

We are looking for

• Completed industrial and technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant manager, plastic technology (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession
• First experience as a machine operator, ideally in plastics processing or extrusion technology
• Good technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• solution-oriented thinking and self-initiative
• readiness to work in the shift system
