Develop and execute global business and marketing plans on workflow level Drive innovation along the workflows and deduce product-, service-, and market implementation requirements from customer insights/needs Safeguard the alignment within the Business Sector (Product Management, R&D), Strategic Business Unit (e.g. strategic marketing, sales & support), and other functions such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management Evaluate market effectiveness of workflow solutions and associated business models Maintain close contact with key opinion for joint development and input into commercial development and marketing Cultivate and promote the ZEISS culture and values, empower and coach peers to accomplish complex assignments
