Your tasks Support of technicians in the procurement of low spare parts from international production sites Implementation of administrative topics (e.g. communication with external service providers, ordering of office equipment, auditing of accounts, compiling of number reports, organisation of service travel) Preparation of necessary documents for the daily work of technicians Database Care and Contact for OEM in Standard Questions Support in stock inventory as well as testing stock
Your qualifications Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification Existing professional experience and administrative knowledge Basic understanding of technical drawings and SAP knowledge desirable Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German and good English organizational strength, communication skills, responsibility awareness, accuracy
