ERP Senior Project Manager

ERP Senior Project Manager As Senior ERP SAP project manager, you are responsible for the successful planning, control and implementation of complex ERP/SAP projects in close coordination with the departments and IT. You take over the leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, ensure compliance with time, budget and quality objectives and act as a central interface between internal stakeholders, external partners and program management.

Management, control and responsibility of national and international ERP/SAP projects across all phases of the project (conception, implementation, rollout, go-live, hypercare) Definition of ERP SAP - Project objectives, milestones and resource planning in close cooperation with the IT project management, program management and departments Leadership, motivation and coaching of internal project teams and external consultants Ensuring compliance with time, costs and quality and early risk management Design and optimization of ERP/SAP processes in cooperation with the departments Control of change management and communication measures for successful introduction Reporting to programme management and decision-making bodies

Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business management, computer science or comparable Long-standing experience in managing ERP/SAP projects, ideally in complex corporate structures (probably defense know-how) Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA (modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP or comparable) Found experience in classic and agile project management (PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM) Embossed communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking German and English skills Ready for business trips
