Processing of work accidents, initial treatments and documentation

Ensuring emergency medical/retirement services in the plant

Advising employees on health-promoting offers and measures

Working in the other departments of the department (reception, diagnostics)

Support for the implementation of the occupational health precautionary and suitability study

Apparatus investigations (ECG, ergometry, laboratory including blood collection, visual testing, perimetry, hearing test) and their documentation

Support for health promotion actions

First intervention for employees in crisis situations

Creation of documentation and statistics

Working with company integration management

Cooperation in the further development of internal processes and structures

Support for quality management in the field

Ideally qualify for this job: Complete training and multi-year professional experience as an emergency medical technician with regular training. if applicable. Interest and experience in IT, IT systems or networks. willingness to work into technical and digital systems and actively shape them. Experience/multiannual activity in outpatient clinics. Knowledge in one of the following areas: Medical Device Officer for Medical Device Safety in Health Facilities, Practice Management, Quality Management, Health Promotion or Similar Areas Good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of med. administration software German knowledge and good English skills Embossed team skills and flexibility Customer orientation and organizational talent especially in appointment management Embossed communication capability Willingness to continue and further education driving licence class B The activity is full-time (also part-time) and in shiftwork with night work.
