Outbound Specialist Group Logistics (m/f/d)

You develop the group-wide outbound strategy along the dimensions of costs, service levels and sustainability. You analyse, harmonize and standardize outbound processes (goods output, shipping, transport control) and identify best practices that you roll out in the national companies. You develop market-oriented delivery options and service portfolios and design or implement tools for delivery transparency and delivery optimization (e.g. delivery split/pack piece reduction). You control and support national and international outbound projects and introduce new shipping, transport and control concepts in close cooperation with network, service provider and IT initiatives. You build a group-wide freight cost control and develop it further, analyze cost structures, tariffs and surcharges and manage savings measures that you follow. You optimise route and network structures (e.g. direct traffic, consolidation, transit times) and work with forwarding by supporting tenders, awards, contract assessments and make-or-buy decisions.

You have a degree in logistics/supply chain/BWL or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the outbound environment, ideally in logistics. You have well-founded expertise in KEP structures, forwarding/transport logistics, goods exit processes as well as in the outbound strategy and transport management. You combine project and stakeholder management expertise with an analytical, structured way of working and safe handling of KPIs and cost analyses. You are distinguished by very good communication and enforcement and enjoy international cooperation and readiness to travel in the project context.
