Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Lollar You collect orders for international customers and accurately match delivery dates and availability with internal departments. The timely shipping process will carefully plan and create all necessary delivery and customs documents. In case of shipping deviations, you will clarify the facts with internal departments, logistics and IT service providers to find quick solutions. You process and document complaints in the area of spare parts deliveries in a conscientious manner and cause credits or recalculations correctly. Conveyor damage professionally, perform cause analyses and agree to improve delivery quality. You actively contribute to the optimization of our processes in order, shipping, return and complaint processing. Last but not least, you support projects through tests, documentation and the support of Go-Lives.

Training: completed commercial training with several years of professional experience Experiences and know-how: Experiences in order and complaint processing, ideally with SAP knowledge; safe handling of MS office applications, especially Excel and Access Personality and mode of operation: You can work tasks independently and structured, always showing a high customer orientation and keeping a cool head in phases of high workload; You integrate successfully into teams and take responsibility for your results Languages: very good German and good English skills in word and writing
