Group Management Marketing Communications & Brand Experience (m/f/d)

You lead a cross-functional team, establish agile working methods and actively shape transformation processes. You are responsible for the national marketing communication strategy and translate corporate goals into effective campaigns, events, trade fairs and dialogue marketing programs. You ensure consistent 360-degree communication and take over the overall control and performance management of all marketing activities in media, dialogue marketing and live marketing. You develop dialogue marketing and lead management, professionalize CRM processes and sustainably increase lead quality. You are responsible for the production, further development and timely provision of the sales literature as well as their digital alternatives. You ensure a uniform brand appearance across all channels and touchpoints, digitally as well as live. You ensure data protection, legal and CI compliance of all marketing measures. You initiate innovation programs and pilot projects and use new technologies, AI and automation in marketing. You observe market, competition and trends and derive relevant impulses and recommendations for action.

You have a degree in marketing, business or communication. You bring many years of experience in marketing to the agency or customer side, including clear leadership skills, in the B2B environment. You have demonstrable disciplinary leadership experience in the construction and management of cross-disciplinary teams. You have extensive experience in mediacosms and know the way media agencies and publishers operate, as well as the mechanics of media ROI and media purchasing. You communicate in writing as well as oral in German at the native language level as well as in English. You convince with excellent project and time management as well as a strong understanding of technology, modern media landscapes and digital marketing processes. You have a very good understanding of numbers, especially in terms of business planning, budget responsibility and controlling. You will certainly appear at top management level and present complex relationships clearly, precisely and address-oriented.
