Customer Advisor - Internal Sales / Commercial / Automotive (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers and advise them competently on the phone and by email. You actively support relationships with your firm customer base, recognize potentials and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. In close coordination with your team, you will process customer requests, create individual offers and ensure smooth handling. You bring your ideas to optimize our service processes and contribute to constantly improving the customer experience.

You have successfully completed a commercial training in insurance (e.g. merchant for insurance and finance) and brings at least 3 years of experience in the care of business customers with Ideally, you have experiences in the field of KFZ insurance, but this is not a must. Communication is your strength: you like to advise, find a solution for every concern and convince with a friendly appearance.
