Asset accountant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time investment account holder (m/w/d) at our location in Berlin.

Plant accounting Self-employed and complete management of plant accounting for the main company and for the establishment Creating plant master batches and plant classes by instructions Recording and booking of accesses, departures and rebooking Assessment of investment assets according to the requirements of the company and regulations of the EStG, including AfA, special depreciations, tax voting rights Preparation of regular evaluations and coordination of the plant inventory Implementation of control activities under the ISC Responsibility for the ongoing financial accounting of a small establishment in the areas: Invoices Travel cost accounting Credit card bills Bank accounting Preparation and implementation of number runs Plant accounting Voting and booking of payment inputs to bank accounts at debitors Debitor booking Booking of wage and salary payments according to the requirements of the personnel department and coordination of personnel liabilities accounts Required work and structured data processing within the scope of the sales tax and income tax declarations prepared by the local tax advisor Contact person for local employees in accounting questions Support for monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Cooperation with audit, tax consultancy and internal departments Participation in the optimization of processes and systems in accounting

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further education, e.g. balance sheet holder (m/w/d) or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in asset accounting, complemented by practical experience in operating financial accounting Very good knowledge in the EstG and HGB, especially the AfA regulations Secure handling of ERP systems, in particular in the field of asset accounting (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV); Previous knowledge of Maconomy (current ERP system) not required High openness to digital tools and AI-based applications as well as interest in the use of modern technologies in legal workdays Structured, reliable and independent operation Analytical thinking and high numerical affinity Good knowledge of English, mainly for the accounting of the site and the ERP system Strong, team-oriented personality
