Location Manager Retail - Sales / Margin / KPIs / Logistics (m/f/d)

You guide, coach and develop the site team with a clear focus on trade, performance and cooperation You control the trading location holistically – from receipt of goods, storage to sale and delivery You are responsible for sales, raw yield, stocks and trade-relevant KPIs You actively shape the daily business by prioritizing, deciding and trading in a dynamic trading environment You work closely with purchasing, logistics, disposition and sales for optimal market processing You create a market-oriented assortment as well as smooth processes for customers:

You have several years of experience in retail, wholesale or retail – ideally in the green sector or fresh logistics You bring leadership experience or have a clear development perspective into a leading trading function You think very pay- and customer-oriented (conversion, margin, stocks, KPIs) You work entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented You're decision-making, resilient and have a hands-on mentality in the operating business You are a team-oriented leader with communication strength and clear attitude
