You are a central contact for our customers (e.g. workshops and car homes) and you are responsible for building and developing long-term business relationships You actively engage and develop our inventory customer base and identify additional potentials through targeted addressing of new customers Active distribution of our product portfolio consisting of tyres, rims and complete wheels You will create customised offers and accompany the complete process from request to delivery You work structuredly with our CRM system (Salesforce) as well as our ERP system (Navision) for professional control and documentation of your customer activities
Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, office management, dialogue marketing) or comparable background Multiannual professional experience in the sales environment, ideally in the B2B (e.g. wholesale, telephone sales, direct sales, inside sales) Industry knowledge of automotive, workshop, tyres or spare parts are advantageous Embossed sales affinity as well as enjoying active customer engagement and advice Communication strength, negotiation skills and a structured, independent way of working Team spirit and high service and customer orientation flowing knowledge of German in word and writing; Other languages are a plus
