Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordbayern e.V. was founded in 1905. In the meantime, nearly 200 employees work in the Nordbayern area. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

Our telephone service headquarters is growing, so further employees (m/w/d) are looking for the construction of our sales unit.

You are the first contact person for our members, customers in telephony (focus on inbound). You can sell our ADAC memberships, insurance and financial services as required. You answer upcoming questions in a targeted and result-oriented manner, thus ensuring a comprehensive solution of all concerns and complete your cases with careful documentation. Through your attentive support you contribute significantly to the achievement of our corporate and sales goals.

You have successfully completed your commercial training with sales orientation and/or bring first experience in telephony. In direct contact with people you are characterized by your friendly, communicative way and your persuasive power. Your determined appearance, targeted action and your fun in sales will make you sell easily. In addition, you have fun in the telephone consultation and interest in mobility and insurance services. Last but not least, look forward to working in a dynamic team and convince us with your independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as safe handling of MS Office.
