Administration, support and development of complex IT infrastructure and application systems, in particular in the fields of network, data center and workplace Management, monitoring and optimization of IT services, including the provision of standardized services in the self-service portal Development and documentation of standard services for first-level support and end users Participation in smaller and medium-sized IT projects and implementation of changes according to ITIL processes Ensuring service quality for simple and standardized IT services Creation of technical specifications, operating documentation and instructions in German and English Analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting (second level) using diagnostic tools, system literature and technical research

(m/w/d) or comparable IT qualification First professional experience in managing complex IT infrastructures Knowledge of the provision, monitoring and optimization of IT services Good knowledge of network, data center and workplace systems Technical understanding and routined handling of modern IT tools Certification in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) of advantage Customer-oriented, solution-oriented mode of operation, high learning readiness and secure communication at interfaces
