Assistant to the head of the law firm with a focus on HR and digitalization (m/f/d)

Your role in us You keep the store together internally – not loud, but decisive. You control the entire employee process – from first contact to last working day and ensure that new colleagues start structured and professionally You develop our internal processes in HR You will take care of contracts, documents and the clean transfer to the pay bill You bring our employer brand to the outside – via career side, social media and networks You support our team technically in everyday life and in digital work You maintain our systems (including DATEV) and ensure smooth processes You support the management of operations and organization – in close and trusting cooperation. In short, You create the structure in which good work is possible.
