What are your tasks?

• Strengthening the organization and administration of the reception area of our firm
• reception of visitors and clients and their care incl. Preparation of meeting rooms
• Telephone correspondence and administration of input and output mail
• Support for general back-office tasks, such as appointment coordination and organisation of corporate events

Who are we looking for?

• Completed training as a lawyer or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience in a tax consulting company or law firm
• Finded MS-Office knowledge and DATEV knowledge of advantage
• readiness and enthusiasm for the introduction of new digital programs
• Organizational talent with open appearance in handling clients
