Senior Accountant / Accountant (m/w/d)

As Senior Accountant (m/w/d), you take responsibility for complex accounting and final topics within the Arsipa Group. Together with Christian, our Head of Accounting, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our accounting processes and support the team as a professional contact person. First and check monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, work closely with auditors and tax advisors and bring your experience to the optimization, standardization and automation of our finance processes. We need your support for that!

Your tasks

Conclusions & Balance sheet: Responsibility for complex accounting, accounting and final topics according to HGB.

Competent preparation and technical examination of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.

Analysis and clarification of complex balance-sheet issues as well as ensuring a technically correct and comprehensible picture.

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting, compliance and quality standards.

Stakeholder & technical support: Function as a competent contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal finance and business stakeholders.

Close cooperation with our head of accounting as well as the central finance functions of the Arsipa Group.

Technical support and guidance for less experienced colleagues: women in demanding accounting and final topics.

Disclosure of accounting knowledge and active promotion of uniform quality standards within the team.

Processes, automation & finance projects: Analysis of existing accounting processes and identification and implementation of specific optimization potentials.

Further development, standardization and documentation of scalable accounting and final processes.

Participation in automation, digitization and sector-wide finance projects.

Introducing expertise in the further development of our ERP, reporting and finance structures.

Your starting conditions

That's what you bring: Long-term professional experience in accounting, accounting or accounting - ideally five to eight years or comparable professional development with detectable responsibility for complex accounting issues.

A successfully completed commercial training, a study with finance focus or a comparable qualification as well as very good knowledge in handling ERP, accounting and reporting systems as well as pronounced analytical skills.

Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and well-founded experience in the independent compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, experience in cooperation with auditors and tax advisors, as well as in dealing with complex accounting and compliance issues.

High self-responsibility, technical excellence and a quality, process and solution-oriented operation. You can communicate safely in German; English skills are a plus.

This helps you to succeed faster: A completed training on the balance sheet account holder (IHK) or a comparable additional technical qualification as well as experience in medium-sized, international or complex multi-enterity corporate structures are advantageous.

First experience in the technical guidance, support or further development of less experienced colleagues is advantageous, as well as experience in the optimization and automation of accounting and final processes.

Interest in digital finance processes, automation and the continuous development of accounting structures as well as in multi-entity, buy-and-build or strongly growing corporate structures would be desirable.
