Nursing helfer_in in Frensdorf (m/f/d)

In July 2024, our new [Seniorenzentrum Dietrich Bonhoeffer] (https://www.dwbf.de/seniorenzentren/frensdorf) opened. There we maintain and maintain 60 senior citizens according to the Household Model**: The five households with 12 inhabitants each provide a family character.

a_n Pflegehelfer_in or Pflegefachhelfer_in (d/m/w).

We assign the job unlimited and in parttime with up to 25 hours per week****, depending on how many hours you want to work.

Your tasks:

As a nursing assistant You support our nursing staff in basic care and simple treatment care, in representation of our residents and in care documentation. We work in a two-shift system**, consisting of early and late layers.

A completed one-year training for care assistance or Care professional helper is advantageous, but also Quereinsteiger_innen with nursing previous knowledge are welcome.

Tarial remuneration

• tariff compensation: Initial grade depends on your qualification:
• Care assistant with 25 hours per week at 1.816.17 € gross per month.
• Care assistant with 25 hours per week at 1.954.06 € gross per month.
• Additional special payment (so-called "Christmas money") of 80% of a monthly allowance
• Regularly increasing salary by the tariff system – without having to become active. Already after a year, you will automatically get to the next level (at setting in level 1).
• 30 days holiday
