(Sr.) Regional Application Engineer

About the role In this role you will collaborate with colleagues and partners to enhance and expedite the Business Group ICS design pipelines across Europe. in addition, you will provide expert technical support, develop strong relationships with designers, and contribute to marketing initiatives to increase Nexperia's visibility in the market. The RAE wants work across teams of Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs), Product Marketing Engineers (PMEs) to maximize our presence at our customers by partnering with our account team. This is your new role Work with existing colleagues (Account Managers, Business Development, FAEs), plus distributors and Sales reps as appropriate, to increase and accelerate Business Group ICS design pipeline in Europe. Be an expert on relevant BG ICS products & roadmaps Provide technical support and training Developed relationships with design engineers, directly and through our distributors. Support Marketing initiatives and represent Nexperia/BG ICS, seeking speaker opportunities to increase our visibility in the market. Promote and utilize Nexperia's advanced support tools, including models, evaluations systems, technical documentation etc. Create engineering design aid materials, including application plants/demo boards/simulations Contribute technical content to drive awareness and interest within the design engineering communities of our customers & prospects Link with RAE teams in other Business Groups (BGs) & application team to work cross BGs for optimize promotion of Nexperia product portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering or other related disciplines. At least 5 years' experience in design engineering and application engineering, depending on educational credentials. Solid technical background with deep understanding of analog ICs & power management ICs and the challenges customers may when encounter designing them into applications. Experience in automotive, server, industrial and commercial applications. Familiarity with electronic product design processes including component selection and qualification. Experience in Power Management & related technologies is a distinct advantage. Basic analysis, visualization and interpretation of data skills. Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent English and Good German language skills. Willingness to travel.
