Head of Payroll & HR Operation (m/f/d)

Total responsibility: You will ensure a timely, legally compliant and high-quality pay billing, time management and personnel administration. Leadership: You conduct professional and disciplinary, agree clear goals and develop professionals in a targeted manner. Contract management: You are responsible for the labor contract management along the entire Employee Lifecycle and ensure uniform, reliable standards. Digitization: You initiate and control digitalization and AI projects and consistently develop our HR system landscape, in particular HRIS and the time economy. Process design: You analyze and optimize our HR core processes in the sense of a continuous Hire-to-Retire approach and also improve cooperation with adjacent specialist areas. Control: You define meaningful KPIs, build a professional HR reporting and keeps in mind department targets, budget, investment, process quality and legal requirements.

Qualification: You have completed a degree with a focus on personnel, business or business law or a comparable qualification. Practical experience: You bring well-founded professional experience in payroll, time management and personnel administration and know the processes of a manufacturing medium-sized company. Legal certainty: You have very good knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law and are responsible for dealing with sensitive personal data. Management competence: You have already led employees or teams, give orientation and combine clear expectations with targeted support and development. Process and system understanding: You think in continuous processes, recognize potential for improvement and have experience with the further development of HR systems and the digitization of HR processes. Conversion strength: You work structured, meet informed decisions and translate key figures, legal requirements and operational needs into practical solutions.
