As KFZ-Mechaniker/-Monteur Fahrzeugglas mit Betriebsleiterfunktion (m/w/d), you work in Norderstedt. We also welcome cross-comers. Carglass® repairs – Carglass® exchanges.

In addition to your activity as a KFZ-Mechaniker/-Monteur Fahrzeugglas (m/w/d), you take over the additional function “Operating Manager (HWK)” and are responsible for the technical and technical topics on site and for compliance with all Carglass® standards. You carry out the replacement and repair of vehicle glass and implement the daily deployment planning. After a windshield replacement, you calibrate the driver assistance systems as required. You advise and attend our customers with appropriate service orientation from order intake to vehicle return. You are responsible for creating invoices, managing customer money, as well as the disposition and creation of incoming orders. You are responsible for the implementation of quality assurance measures, the proper handling of the inventory, as well as ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective measures.

You have a completed craft training and ideally some years of professional experience. You bring with you the willingness to carry out the subject examination or are already operational manager (HWK). You have a class B or B197 license and good German skills. You are characterized by a pronounced customer and service orientation as well as good communicative skills. You like independent and flexible work. You have PC skills and feel safe in administrative activities.
