Start with us as In your new role you unite two important tasks: At 50% you work as a nursing specialist and make sure that our residents are fully supervised. To the other 50%, you are the key to the successful training of our future nursing staff as a senior practical manager. You create a practical learning environment in which our trainees can develop their skills and develop into professional nurses. You are not only your companion, but also a valuable support for our practical guides. Together with our leadership, you take responsibility for practical training and are in close contact with the cooperation training centres. You promote and judge the individual development of competence of the trainees, participate in practical tests, coordinate the practical assignments and document all relevant processes. In addition, you are actively involved in the preparation and execution of information days as well as professional orientation fairs. Your commitment is crucial to raising our nursing training to a future-oriented level and enabling tomorrow's professionals to start their careers. You are a nurse (age, nursing or health caregiver*in) and you have your professional training on the practical instructions (see §4 para. 3 PflAPrV) successfully completed. You use your pedagogical skills to convey knowledge in a practical and comprehensible manner. You are characterized by your collaborative capacity as well as your ability to conflict and are happy to address new challenges with your own initiative.
