You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the group You work confidently, value-estimatingly and loyally in the team with their employees and the executives of the department. You ensure and optimise the performance of quality management and service levels You anticipate risk assessments and calculations You examine, develop and negotiate cover concepts in cooperation with our sales partners (Makler / own field service) You focus on product care and product development

You have a completed training to / to the merchant for insurance and financial investment Ideally, you will have a supplementary further education to the specialist in insurance and finance or insurers. You have a multiannual professional experience in the fields of transport insurance and/or technical insurance and have a good technical understanding You bring courage to take over responsibility, a high level of service and customer orientation and flexibility with You are enjoying the leadership of the staff, but there is no need for disciplinary leadership. You are confident in your performance and communicate with your interlocutors
