You are a competent contact person for data protection at the beeline group and coordinates the topic of data protection across the site. You support the data protection team in fulfilling the data protection requirements in the business processes of beeline GmbH and its affiliates in Germany and abroad, among others in the processing and coordination of data protection requests according to GDPR, including requests for information and deletion, the optimization and implementation of existing extinguishing concepts in the departments, compliance with statutory reporting obligations in the event of breaches of data protection; the implementation of data protection impact assessments.

You support the specialist departments in data protection-relevant enquiries, projects and processes and work to implement data protection-friendly procedures as possible. You are a link between the global data protection team (beeline GmbH) and local data protection coordinators (in affiliated companies in Germany and abroad). You manage, update and submit the internal data protection documentation (including the directory of processing activities) in cooperation with the departments. You will examine contract processing contracts and submit the documentation of order processing. You organize and accompany awareness-raising measures for employees. You can also support Group Compliance Officer (approximately 20%), for example in compliance projects, the development of guidelines or the development of a coordinated compliance and data protection communication.
