Credit Process Manager Business Banking (m/f/d)

Your tasks With your know-how, you will shape the future of the digital business banking offering - a banking, smart, automated and forward-looking for selected business customers You evaluate the requirements of stakeholders with regard to compliance with regulatory requirements and compatibility with the overall credit process of the DKB You define technical requirements to limit the credit risk and translate it to the developer team You analyze the business credit process from a risk and efficiency perspective and develop independent concepts as well as decision templates on quality management, risk monitoring and process optimization In an interdisciplinary project team you work closely together to form the interface between sales, IT and risk

Your profile You have several years of experience in implementing automated credit permits, auditing financial institutions or consulting banks in developing their credit processes Ideally, you bring practical experience in lending to SMEs Analytical, holistic and cross-functional thinking as well as a pronounced conceptual understanding characterize you A good understanding of digital processes can be brought with you and can communicate professional requirements to address You have successfully completed a bank-related training or an economics studies The DKB stands for diversity and opportunities.
