Your tasks:

• Active cooperation in day-to-day business (sales, complaints, goods, cash billing)
• Motivation of the team to achieve top performance together
• Support for market management in the smooth running of daily business, including inventory management and product presentation
• Ensuring first-class customer advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• The work of new colleagues and the training of our junior staff
• ensure highest quality standards in products and processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• experience in retail, preferably in the organic food sector
• leadership experience and pronounced communicative skills
• Passion for organic products and an understanding of sustainable consumption
• Organisational skill and loadability in a dynamic working environment
• Team-oriented working and joy in cooperation
