The group 'IT Operations Services' has the following core tasks: service level management, production control, IT emergency and crisis management. In addition, the group acts as a Business Continuity Coordinator for IT.

Target-oriented: You ensure compliance and optimization of capacity management and backup and restore processes for all IT services. You work closely with internal and external service providers to ensure high service quality. Proactive: As a responsible person for the processes in backup and restore management, you can also provide the data availability and integrity of all systems. You plan and commission regular recovery tests to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of backup strategies. Analytical: As a controller for capacity management, you attach particular importance to the detailed analysis and continuous optimization of capacity planning processes. You understand the trends and patterns in the capacity data and use these insights to address and maintain proactive measures to ensure a scalable and efficient IT infrastructure. Innovative: You continuously identify potential improvements in backup, restore and capacity management. By introducing new technologies and methods, you are driving forward the further development of IT infrastructure services.

Qualified: You bring a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Learn: You will bring well-founded experiences in the field of backup restore and capacity management. Knowledge of the application of ITIL processes is advantageous. Experiences in the operation of applications and infrastructure complete your profile. Strong communication: You are a team player and you are characterized by a strong communication capability. You are able to understand complex technical content. Competent: You have good expertise in the areas you are responsible for.
