Payroll Specialist

We are an expanding firm for tax consulting and auditing with around 300 team members in the heart of Munich - right at the English Garden. You are a tax specialist (man) with passion for wage billing and salary billing and the desire for more expertise or have several years of experience in this field, but have so far worked only internally and not in a firm? No problem! We will show you how exciting and varied work can be with different clients and lift your knowledge to a new level in our HRS team. You ask: Who is behind our HR Services? This is our team in the mandate management for wage and salary billing as well as in the advice on the topic of personal questions.

You represent mandates of a wide variety of sizes and industries with regard to wage and salary accounting You take over the organization of monthly billing and stand up to the client as a professional contact person with proactive recommendations. You accompany clients in setting up smooth wage processes and interfaces as well as in their further development You actively support internal projects and help develop the HRS area Perspectively you take training activities for Azubis and Young Professionals (guide and review)

Good knowledge of social security and pay tax Safe handling of the DATEV programs wage and salary and LODAS to get to know openness further accounting systems You have a basic understanding of financial accounting Team skills, pleasure in communicating with clients and the interest in personal development Digital affinity and openness for digitalization Experience in the acquisition of data on interfaces and/or use of HR management systems is desirable as part of a (preparing) wage accounting
