As a team manager (m/w/d) Technical management, you will take the following tasks: Management and control of the department of technical management for the locations Bremen and Bremerhaven Participation in the planning and control of operations Introduction, guidance and instruction of employees Implementation of senior department goals Leading feedback talks Technical management support

Completed technical university study or comparable qualification ideally with multiannual professional experience Or: You have several years of relevant experience in renewable energies, preferably Wind Onshore Experience in leadership, motivation, assessment and further development of employees Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word and Excel Target strength and reliability and the ability to self-reflection Empathic leadership, high cooperation, flexibility and structured work
