Design of waterproofing work on flat roofs, terraces, balconies and parking decks laying and welding of bitumen webs, plastic and elastomer webs, etc. Production of liquid plastic seals on connections, penetrations and detail points Sealing of roof edges, attices, light domes, gullys and structures Implementation of repair, maintenance and rehabilitation work on existing sealing systems Processing of thermal insulation, vapor barrier and gradient insulation Control of the substrates and preparation for sealing (e.g. cleaning, priming, drying) Compliance with technical regulations, DIN standards, flat roof guidelines and safety regulations Cooperation with construction managers, architects and other works

Complete vocational training as rooftops, construction sealers, sealants or comparable qualification Alternatively: several years of professional experience in flat roof and sealing technology Good knowledge of the processing ofbitumenbahnen Plastic and elastomer webs (e.g. PVC, FPO, EPDM) Liquid plastics

Experience in the execution of detail connections, penetrations and roof edge closures Safe handling of welding equipment, hot air blowers and laying tools Technical understanding and careful, precise operation High quality and safety awareness Physical resilience and altitude Self-employed, reliable and team-oriented work Driver's license class B
