BIG-BAU Project and urban development is one of the largest German urban, project and area developers with a regional focus on northern Germany and the Rhine-Main region. BIG-BAU acts as a consultant and refurbishment agency for cities and municipalities, and as a developer of large sites and districts. BIG-BAU implements nursing properties, new work spaces and housing for all ages and income classes as well as innovative and climate-friendly services and mobility concepts, for over 70 years and with currently around 250 employees at ten locations. Implementation and creation of operational business planning Development of liquidity planning and -forecast Individually responsible optimization of planning and reporting processes Creation of target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses Determination and assessment of opportunities and risks Creation of ad hoc analyses Support for annual and consolidated financial statements

Complete economic studies or commercial training with additional qualifications Professional experience in controlling Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Structured, analytical and targeted working methods Communication and organisational skills and fun at work in the team
