Consultant Structural Specifications and Quality Requirements in Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

Preparation, organisation and implementation of all relevant examinations in the clinic, e.g. performance group, structural and process examinations (including the G-BA Directive and StrOPS-RL) and hospital reform in close coordination with the departments and the management Support for the areas of expertise in implementing new legal and organisational requirements Analysis of regulatory developments and derivation of concrete measures for our clinic Participation in the processing of contradictions and complaints as well as continuous monitoring of relevant G-BA guidelines and OPS requirements incl. deriving organisational measures and ensuring high quality Support for management and cooperation in strategic future topics such as outpatientization, hybridization and hospital planning Conducting data analyses for identifying action needs and optimization potentials for our medical and organizational processes Cooperation and implementation of projects for medical-strategic further development

Complete business studies with medical background or health economic focus As an alternative, a completed training in health care with corresponding professional experience Ideally first experience in medical controlling, quality management, regulatory issues or project work Interest in health policy developments and legal frameworks Analytical thinking and joy in making complex facts understandable Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also with SAP and i.s.h.med Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, reliability and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
