Your role Precision machining of high-quality optical components for semiconductor lithography by means of lever-machine pitch polishing

Independent setup, operation and monitoring of the polishing machines and adaptation of the polishing parameters to the respective processing level

Assessment and targeted correction of the surface shape and optical quality based on measurement and test results

Production of the required pitch shells and professional handling of sensitive optical components

Documentation of processing steps and close cooperation with adjacent production and measurement areas to ensure the highest quality requirements

Embossed craftsmanship and technical understanding for demanding precision optics

Very high quality, cleanliness and responsibility awareness in handling high-quality optical components

Ability to understand, evaluate and derive appropriate processing steps from measurement and test results

Self-employed, careful and reliable working methods as well as team skills and willingness to work in layers
