You process technical inquiries and incidents around our solutions – independently or together with colleagues from the fields of consulting, operations and development. You act as a reliable contact for our customers – by phone, email or remote access, in German and English. With your knowledge from the Daily Business, you'll start and plead our knowledge base.

Ideally, you have completed your studies in the field of (economic) informatics or IT training, or you can provide a comparable qualification. You are curious and willing to work on new technologies and questions. You have already gained first experience with platforms such as Windows, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, VMWare or technologies such as Apache, Java and Python. A good understanding of relational databases (e.g. SQL, Oracle, MariaDB) is desirable. Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
