Building Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for implementing technical and infrastructure building management and manage the service providers You are responsible for ensuring operator responsibility with the help of software-assisted testing and maintenance plans. It also covers the maintenance of required data and the provision of data quality in your area of responsibility. You are involved in the preparation of tenders for repair tasks You also contribute to the provision of supplementary cost accounting and services You take over the technical advice of the owner representative and the customers of the BLB NRW

You have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Supply Technology, Civil Engineering or a comparable degree course or You have a successful degree to the state-tested technicianin or a degree as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and an at least four-year (technical technician)/five-year (master*in) relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by means of tools).

Further requirements:

Ideally, you have basic knowledge of technical and infrastructure building management Knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. VOB, VOL, DIN etc.) would be desirable You are a team-oriented personality with enforcement strength, negotiation and organisational skills and strong customer orientation Your safe handling of the application of Microsoft Office as well as relevant method and software knowledge complete your profile You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
