Monthly production and audit of salary bills for 800 employees Ensuring the correct calculation of wages, salaries, overtime and other remuneration Considering tax and social insurance requirements Management of employee data: Care and updating of employee master data in the accounting system Management of entry and exits and changes in employment conditions Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Implementing accounts and clarification of differences Identification and clarification of inconsistencies and differences Cooperation with accounting to ensure correct accounting

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in wage and salary accounting Finded knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software SAP Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Moderate travel readiness
