The core of the work is to ensure project financing and to create funding bases for selected projects in the S-Bahn Berlin portfolio You are part of the development and development of financing agreements and apply for grants under the closed financing agreements The development of applications for safety declaration/planning change as well as the implementation of project-accompanying discussions with the donors together with the technical project management are also within your competence Ensuring proper and timely use of funds in the assigned project sections is your responsibility You support in the case of cost advances, keep in the team the timely and proper preparation of the annual usage certificates and accompany the usage checks You use your project data for cost planning, upcoming awards and contract changes in financial terms and recognise financing risks

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in the commercial or technical field (high school, university of applied sciences), e.g. economics, industrial engineering, civil engineering or in a comparable discipline. You are familiar with the basic regulations of the grantors (in particular Land Berlin and Bund) You have a multi-year professional experience in the operational management of construction infrastructure projects to ensure financing You can have a high affinity for complex projects, numbers and technical issues You have an independent, structured, careful, result-oriented way of working and can professionally represent your views Secure handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP, iTWO and Doxis round your profile
