Head Housekeeper (m/f/d)

Our friendly housekeeping team is unique, dedicated and highly praised by our guests. The colleagues not only care for ''their' rooms, but above all for the good of their guests. This is also why many guests come to our NEPTUN hotel and have a very special contact with ''their'' room woman.

Main tasks You are responsible for the general organisational and operational procedures of the Houskeeping team as well as personnel deployment planning You ensure an optimal cleaning process and control the maintenance condition of our rooms You take over the guidance of new employees and are the first contact person for all personnel issues You are responsible for the coordination of tasks to adjacent departments You provide hygiene-conscious and safe handling of all work equipment in your area You create analysis and reporting for the Logis management You are actively committed to the satisfaction of our guests

You are characterized by high quality standards You provide a successful conclusion as a hotel specialist or cf. with sound knowledge of all Houskeeping processes You are strong and resilient You have been able to demonstrate this in a comparable position in at least 5 years of professional experience You are safe in handling hotel software, service planning tools and MS Office You maintain a discreet handling of our guests You have knowledge of German in word and writing at C2 level as well as reliable English skills, further language skills are advantageous
