(Senior) Consultant CutOver Management (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Consultant CutOver Management (w/m/d), you plan and manage the transition of existing system landscapes to new SAP solutions together with our project teams. You make sure that the Go Live is structured and successfully implemented. You capture all cut-over activities, structure the dependencies and create a loadable cut-over plan with clear responsibilities, milestones and critical paths. Together with specialist areas, project teams and other stakeholders, you prepare the CutOver in detail and coordinate the individual activities until successful implementation. You moderate tuning and make sure that the different requirements are brought together from project and department. During the Go-Lives you keep the overall status in mind, control dependencies and support the project team in time-critical phases. Depending on the experience, you take responsibility for subprojects, accompany Junior Consultants in their development and introduce your know-how into the further development of our CutOver methods and tools. You work with our customers on site (on average 1 to 2 days a week), in our office in Hamburg or Münster or remote.

A completed study, ideally with economic, technical or IT-related focus. Multiannual experience in projects of energy management, ideally in the context of SAP transformations or system introductions. A good overview of energy-economic processes and market roles, in particular supplier and network operators. Experience in handling SAP and a good understanding of complex process and system dependencies. Good knowledge of project management and how to deal with MS Project and common Microsoft Office applications. Ideally experience with agile methods such as Scrum and first responsibility in subprojects. Embossed analytical thinking and the ability to detect critical dependencies at an early stage even in complex processes. A structured, detailed and stubborn way of working as well as the pleasure of consistently driving topics to completion. Very good communication and team skills as well as a safe occurrence towards project teams and specialist areas. Very good knowledge of German and project-related travel.
