(Junior) Customer Account - Identity Access Management (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Consulting & design: You will advise the department Kaufland Card as well as other clients in implementing customer identity & access management (cIAM) requirements based on Cidaas. Together with the departments and IT, you develop sustainable concepts for new functions, client connections and optimizations of the existing solution. Architecture & solution design: You actively participate in the architecture planning of new features and integrations and develop tailor-made solutions to further develop the app and service infrastructure. Configuration & implementation: You configure the Cidaas instance, plan adjustments and implement smaller automations and integrations (e.g. via Python scripts). Operation & support: You’ll explore different cloud environments where microservices are hosted, and ensure smooth operation of the identity management platform. Requirements management: You control the coordination and prioritization of requirements for the SaaS provider Cidaas and internal IT teams. Testing & quality assurance: You accompany technical implementations up to testing new releases and functional extensions. Data Analysis & Permission Management: You analyze identities, access permissions, and data flows as part of the Identity Lifecycle
