Working Student Office Service (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/w/d) in the Office Service, you can independently support the Facility Management with different tasks (e.g. filling up the beverage stock, maintenance of the copying and material spaces, document disposal and with smaller manual repair work) You support activities in the assistance area and also take over copying, scanning, binding and storage jobs. Actively participate in the preparation and execution of after-work events. You are taking over messengers to external bodies. If required, cover our reception staff:in the conference area and the telephone center.

You have very good ways of handling, a high understanding and a very service-oriented manner. Your tasks are very reliable, responsible and independent. With the popular MS Office applications, you are very familiar and do a safe handling. The team’s work is important to you and team success plays a key role for you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
