Engineer/Construction Manager Offshore Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) with very high flexibility and mobility with regard to the area of use and site of use (offshore) as the next possible time for the “Montage” department.

You lead, coordinate and monitor suppliers from planning to laying down to pre-starting offshore pipelines or platforms and assess their work in a professional way – a central role for your technical expertise directly on site. You actively coordinate with institutions, suppliers and internal departments and thus ensure smooth, functional, time- and cost-oriented project execution in cooperation with planning, construction and assembly companies. You develop GASCADE standards and create project-specific technical documents for the planning and laying of offshore pipelines – You design standards and ensure technical quality. You shall draw up tender documents such as technical advances and performance descriptions, cooperate with awards and provide valuable control over costs and results through the review of assessments, acceptance of services and follow-up negotiations. You support technical qualification processes and audits, coordinate the creation of final documentation and monitor compliance with internal and external rules and HSE requirements in contractor management – You keep project standards and safety high. The high flexibility and mobility in offshore deployment allows you to design international, varied projects with state-of-the-art technology.

You have a successfully completed technical study, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, and have relevant practical experience in the tasks mentioned. Their high flexibility and mobility allow you to use international offshore projects – an exciting opportunity for engineers looking for variety and technical challenges. You control MS Office safely and are ready to work into new IT systems to implement projects efficiently and digitally. You work in a team-oriented and communication-strong manner, organize complex processes and perform safely with authorities, companies, suppliers and customers. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing to move safely in an international environment.
