Payroll Specialist – with responsibility (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, medium-sized group of companies with about 500 employees. The company stands for short decision-making, a ground-based corporate culture and a high degree of self-responsibility. In the course of further development, we are looking for an experienced person from the payroll accounting, who is responsible for the payroll accounting and, together with a small team, ensures reliable coverage. Own-responsible implementation of monthly wage and salary bills including all preparatory and post-work Responsibility for billing-relevant master and movement data Contact persons for employees, authorities, health insurance and social security institutions Responsibility for reporting, reporting and certification Technical and operational cooperation with two employees in the field of wage accounting Ensuring smooth and timely accounting processes Participation in the further development and optimization of existing processes

Professional training or comparable qualification, with a further training in the field of wage and salary accounting Multiannual practical experience in independent pay billing Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Experience in construction is advantageous, but no requirement Knowledge in BRZ is welcome, but also no need Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Discretion, reliability and joy in cooperation in a small team
