As In Service Support (ISS) Manager (m/w/d), you take over the planning and control of service contracts (national/international) for the After Sales segment. Here you have the responsibility for maintaining costs, quality and appointments. You thus ensure a continuous development of the service business with regard to spare parts, services and repairs. Your further tasks: Professional leadership of integration or service teams in the ISS area Acquisition, creation and negotiation of service contracts in coordination with the project team Development of innovative maintenance and operating concepts in Germany and abroad for military and civilian customers (m/w/d) Planning and control of national and international subcontractors involved in the project

Conception and organization of customer training

Complete technical studies with the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable, alternatively completed undergraduate studies in the field of BWL, logistics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the handling of military service contracts Extensive military industry knowledge and knowledge of service concepts Good SAP / ERP and Confluence / JIRA knowledge Very good English skills in word and writing, in particular Self-working and very good organizational, team leadership and communication skills #LI-SS1
